Tune in to Maine Public’s “Maine Calling” program next Monday, November 13, at 1 pm to catch our Healthy Aging Coordinator Anne Schroth speaking as a member of a panel on Age-Friendly Communities. We have been working all summer with AARP Maine and the nine towns in our service area to create Age-Friendly Coastal Communities, a regional approach to making our towns easier for folks to grow old in. And incidentally, what is good for the elders is good for the whole community.
