Well run, it is methodical, manageable for all levels of physical ability. Nina created a non-threatening atmosphere- both friendly and focused. Thank you for making this class possible!

 

The Tai Chi course offered in Brooklin last spring was the result of a co-operative “exercise” between TiP, Healthy Acadia, and Healthy Peninsula and resulted in wonderful exercise classes which gave participants good skills to improve balance & flexibility. And it was local! It is still going on on a smaller scale with some folks from the spring sessions & some newcomers. And, the best thing is, it’s still local!!
